About me

I have been admitted as a solicitor since 1989. Prior to this I did my law degree at London University, and have a BA from an American University and an MA in Russian Language and Literature from the University of London. In 1999 I gained a University Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Legal Practice (Employment Law), and I have completed a Diploma in Advocacy.
After doing my articles in London I became a solicitor for a large public authority in 1991 and have continued to work there on a part time basis doing employment law, litigation and contracts. As an employed solicitor I was seconded for a period of time to the Personnel Department where I gained valuable insight into employment relations. As an employed solicitor I have also gained expertise in Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Since 2001 I have also run a sole practice in employment law from my home in the Chilterns, on the outskirts of High Wycombe and Marlow. |
